以“You are so beautiful”形容他的爱情与老婆。周华健笑说，他对老婆始终保有恋爱的感觉，“我真的很幸运，虽然工作忙，但老婆的个性比较浪漫，所以结婚20年来，两人仍保有恋爱的感觉。”不只对老婆，周华健对女儿也是以爱去守护，他深信女儿就像自己前世的情人，他打趣的说：“现在跟女儿反而有爱情的成分在呢！”周华健爱情路上的好运气，也让同门好友苏慧伦羡慕极了。
